1. E-Commerce Specialist

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to oversee and manage our online store’s day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer shopping experience, managing product listings, and helping to drive sales through effective online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update the product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Analyze customer feedback and website traffic to optimize the online shopping experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement online promotions and campaigns.
Ensure that the website is user-friendly and visually appealing.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock availability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

2. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with order issues, returns, and exchanges.

Requirements:

3. Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Requirements:

4. Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate

Department: Operations

Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse and Fulfillment Associate to join our operations team. You will play a key role in processing orders, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining the overall functionality of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
Organize products in the warehouse and ensure they are properly labeled.

Assist with restocking inventory and managing returns.

Requirements:
